At Power of Red Light, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date.
Online Ordering: Return & Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Based on your preference, you may choose one of the following:

A refund to your original payment method

Store credit

An exchange for another product
Important Return Exceptions:

Items purchased at a discount or on sale are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and show no signs of wear.

Products that are water-damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
To qualify for any return or exchange:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it

It must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase or receipt is required
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our team at powerofredlight@gmail.com.
Be sure to include your proof of purchase in your return package. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the return, exchange, or store credit accordingly.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us at powerofredlight@gmail.com for instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping Policy

You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will not include any original or return shipping fees.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Equipment Sales: Payment, Refund & Chargeback Policy
Payment Terms:
We require 100% payment upfront before equipment is shipped. Any applicable credit card or processing service fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy:
All equipment payments are non-refundable. If an order is cancelled for custom or in-production equipment, any monies paid will be retained. Additional fees for work completed to date may be invoiced.
Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback:

All products must be returned in original condition and packaging at your expense

A $50 chargeback processing fee will be applied

You will be responsible for any outstanding balance resulting from the chargeback

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on the total sale
Fraudulent chargebacks or PayPal disputes for valid transactions are unlawful. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly at powerofredlight@gmail.com to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute.
